Discovery Workshop
A shared view of the current operation, priorities, constraints and the decisions that need to be made. The output sets out the questions to resolve and a practical next step.
01
Choose the smallest useful step for the decision in front of you. Each route produces something concrete to use in the next decision.
A shared view of the current operation, priorities, constraints and the decisions that need to be made. The output sets out the questions to resolve and a practical next step.
A structured comparison between the organisation’s needs and the proposed platform. The output identifies where it fits, where configuration is needed and where it may not be the right choice.
A review of source systems, data, dependencies and ownership. The output records migration questions, preparation work and the areas that need further investigation.
A guided session in a working FLUIDX environment. The output is a grounded view of the core platform and the areas that need configuration or extension for the organisation.
02
Turn the agreed scope into a controlled delivery, with the technical foundations and client decisions handled as part of the work.
Work is organised around an agreed scope: either the FLUIDX core platform and selected modules, or a defined consultancy build. Design, configuration, testing and release preparation stay connected throughout delivery.
The delivery defines how environments, source control, releases and application lifecycle management will work. Azure DevOps is used where it forms part of the agreed delivery setup.
The people who understand the operation take part in decisions, reviews and testing. Responsibilities and decision points are agreed so delivery can move without separating the solution from the people who will use it.
03
Support the platform and the people using it after release, with clear routes for issues, learning and controlled change.
Focused support after release while the delivered change moves into day-to-day use. Issues are recorded, assessed and handled through the agreed support route.
Ongoing help with platform issues, operational priorities and ownership across Dynamics 365, Power Platform or FLUIDX.
Practical sessions for the people using, administering or supporting the platform, based on the delivered configuration and their responsibilities.
A clear route for new requirements. Changes are described, assessed and agreed before they are added to the platform.
